Quantitative Market Research Analyst, Healthcare
Join Ipsos in the US as a Market Research Analyst in the Healthcare Service Line, supporting the delivery of strategic insights to clients through the execution of research projects.
Responsibilities
Execute and coordinate the fundamentals of advertising research projects on time and on budget, working closely with teammates.
Design questionnaires and analysis plans with senior team members.
Prepare client deliverables (reports, presentations, proposals) and visualize data to elevate storytelling.
Translate client business needs into appropriate research designs.
Support multiple projects and build responsibility toward independent work.
Mentor new analysts and interns, providing guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Attend client briefings and results presentations, building presentation skills.
Collaborate on analysis and interpretation of survey results to refine analytical skills.
Participate in service‑line initiatives such as growth, new product development, and employee training & engagement.
Qualifications
BA or BS in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
Experience in market research.
Experience with questionnaire design and sampling approaches.
Quantitative research skills.
Passion for working with data and extracting meaningful insights.
Curious mindset and genuine fascination for the healthcare field.
Ability to learn quickly, work efficiently, and thrive in an innovative environment.
Strong storytelling skills, both visually and verbally.
Strong project‑management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.
Confidence with “thinking on your feet.”
Business acumen and critical‑thinking skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
Willingness to contribute to a positive culture and thrive in a team environment.
Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workplace (Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets, Slides).

Salary In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $59,000 – $65,000. The final base salary will be determined based on several non‑discriminatory factors, including location, experience, education, and certifications.
