Foundation Health Partners is actively recruiting a full and part-time PM&R Physician to join our comprehensive pain management clinic in Fairbanks, Alaska. To view our full-time position please visit foundationhealth.org.
Opportunity Join a well-established pain management clinic located on the Fairbanks Memorial Hospital campus. This position will be part of a multidisciplinary team devoted to the art of pain management diagnosing, managing, and treating chronic pain conditions and neurological disorders. As an organization, we believe in treating pain with conservative measures whenever possible. When more aggressive treatment is needed, we offer a range of interventional pain management procedures including epidurals, nerve blocks, and radio frequency ablation.
Responsibilities
Diagnosing, managing, and treating chronic pain conditions and neurological disorders.
Performing interventional procedures such as epidurals, nerve blocks, and radio frequency ablation.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary pain management team that includes orthopedic surgeons, osteopathic physicians, behavioral health professionals, and anesthesiologists.
Utilizing conservative treatment measures whenever possible.
Compensation & Schedule
Generous base salary with opportunity to earn additional income through production. $32k sign‑on bonus.
Schedule: 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. No on‑call requirement.
Team partner with multidisciplinary pain management team on the Fairbanks Memorial Hospital campus.
Clinic outpatient procedure suite stocked with equipment including a C‑arm and RFA machine.
