Occupational Therapist (OT)
Position: Occupational Therapist (OT) at Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation, Saddle Brook, NJ.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (weekend/holiday).
Compensation: $83,000 – $111,707.06 per year (based on experience).

Responsibilities
Evaluate assigned patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and programs.
Develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with patient needs and physician direction.
Delegate and direct all discipline‑specific therapy services for assigned patients.
Design functional treatment plans that promote return to community activities.
Serve as an educator to patients, families, students, co‑workers, and yourself.
Perform other professional duties related to patient care and therapy service development.
Participate in discharge planning, including placement, patient and family education, and adaptive equipment selection.
Minimum Requirements
Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
Certified Basic Life Support (BLS).
