Responsibilities Applies radiographic procedures to patients for diagnostic purposes.

Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma or GED.

Graduation from a JRCERT accredited radiography program.

If a new graduate, must be registry‑eligible and become registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and the Texas Medical Board within 12 months of graduation.

Current CPR certification.

Special Requirements

Communication Skills: Above average verbal skills (heavy public contact) and strong written report‑writing abilities.

Analytical, CRT, and medical terminology proficiency.

Work schedule: flexible.

Equipment Operated All ionizing radiation equipment and all image‑processing equipment.
