Overview
HealthDrive is currently seeking an Audiologist to work Full‑time (5 days per week) covering multiple locations throughout Southern Indiana, including Evansville, Clarksville, and Bloomington. HealthDrive delivers on‑site audiology, dentistry, optometry, podiatry, and behavioral health services to residents in long‑term care, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Each specialty directly impacts the quality of daily life for the residents we serve. Position Offers

The Audiologist will provide general audiology services to the residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long‑term care facilities within an assigned territory. Essential Functions
Conduct pre‑planned comprehensive diagnostic audiological examinations at facilities by interacting with staff and residents. Perform hearing aid evaluations and repairs. Dispense and adjust analog and digital hearing aids as well as other amplification devices. Enter patient information and complete required clinical documentation in the EMR system. Provide mobile model treatment of patients requiring daily travel to skilled nursing facilities. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Audiology. Required C.C.C.–A classification from ASHA. Current state professional license. Valid driver’s license. Seniority level
