$75.00/hr - $80.00/hr Pride Health is hiring L&D RN → Hospital to support our client’s medical facility based in Santa Rosa, California. This contract opportunity is a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization! Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) unit Manage patient care for neonates and adults with a 1:3 nurse‑to‑patient ratio Perform sterile vaginal exams, assist with C‑sections, and manage high‑risk antepartum cases Administer medications including anticoagulants, antihypertensives, insulin drips, and magnesium sulfate Maintain central lines (CVC/PICC) and use intrauterine pressure catheters (IUPC) Document patient care accurately using Epic charting system Float between units or affiliate hospitals as needed Participate in orientation and ongoing training modules Requirements
Minimum 2 years labor and delivery plus postpartum nursing experience Current RN license valid in California Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate (Advanced preferred), BLS, NRP Experience with Epic electronic charting system Ability to float between units and facilities Willingness to work 3 nights/week (12‑hour shifts) Location: Santa Rosa, California Job Type: Contract Schedule: 4x12 Nights Pay Range: $3,400/Weekly gross Benefits
