National Traveling Occupational Therapist Cranial Technologies is the only company in the world completely dedicated to researching, diagnosing, and treating plagiocephaly. EarWell ® is a proven, non‑invasive treatment option for families to correct infant ear shapes without surgery.

This full‑time position practices in a variety of Cranial Technologies locations across the United States. The role is a pediatric clinical outpatient setting working exclusively with infants.

Travel Responsibilities

Travel to any state where Cranial Technologies has a clinic. We are currently in 32 states and continuing to grow.

Travel typically Monday afternoon/evening. Work in clinic Tuesday–Friday and fly home Friday afternoon/evening. Home every Saturday and Sunday.

Travel every week, either to a local clinic or another state. Candidates close to a major airport are preferred.

Cranial Technologies pays travel expenses and provides a per diem for time spent in clinic.

Fast‑paced and new settings

Work in a different clinic every week with new teammates and build relationships across the company.

Takes over a caseload from another clinician, meeting new families every week.

Clinician Role As a Clinician, treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with EarWell®. Pediatricians and parents rely on our Clinicians for evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly and misshapen ears. Clinicians develop great relationships with families at every stage of treatment.

Background Fit

PTs and OTs bring knowledge of symmetry and asymmetry, cervical anatomy, torticollis, and infant/toddler development.

Certified Prosthetist‑Orthotists have hands‑on experience with orthotics and direct patient care.

A background in pediatrics is preferred but not required as Cranial Technologies offers a formal training program that includes mentoring.

Qualifications

Licensed OT.

500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off‑the‑shelf orthotic devices (e.g., splints, braces, maternity belts). If unsure, apply and we can discuss.

Pay range: $90,000 – $100,000 plus additional travel bonus. Pay depends on tenure and experience.
