B2B Territory Sales Representative – East Coast (Food Ingredients / Flavors) Location: Local to Orlando highly preferred or Remote – based on Southeast – FL (Highly preferred) – GA – AL – MS – SC; travel required up to 50%.

A dynamic and innovative flavor manufacturer based in Florida, specializing in the creation, production, and distribution of high-quality flavors for the food and beverage industry. As the company continues to grow its North American footprint, it is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Executive to manage and expand its East Coast portfolio.

POSITION OVERVIEW As a Territory Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing relationships across the East Coast. You will develop and execute strategic business development plans, maintain key accounts, and pursue new customer opportunities across multiple food and beverage segments. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will collaborate with R&I, Marketing, and Regulatory teams to ensure technical alignment and project success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own and execute the sales strategy for the East Coast region.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach, cold calls, and prospecting.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships with R&D, Marketing, Procurement, and Purchasing stakeholders.

Collaborate with internal teams (R&I Lab, Marketing, Regulatory) to tailor flavor solutions to client applications.

Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to project closure, including post‑sales support.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demos to customers.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt strategies and stay ahead.

Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and business development reports with accuracy and consistency.

Represent the company at regional trade shows and industry events.

Travel required up to 50% (overnight and out‑of‑state expected – compensation days offered).

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 4–6+ years of B2B sales experience in Flavors, Natural Ingredients, Food Compounds, or related sectors (non‑commodity).

Proven track record of successful territory management and business development.

Strong technical understanding of ingredients and flavor applications.

Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive results in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience collaborating with cross‑functional technical and commercial teams.

Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Science, or related field preferred (not required).

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: $70,000 (Min 4 Years XP) to $85,000 (Min 6 Years XP) depending on experience + Bonus
