Aaron Overhead Doors is seeking a driven and personable
Residential Garage Door Outside Sales Representative
with
3–5+ years of proven outside sales experience . In this role, you’ll meet with homeowners, builders, and designers to guide them through the process of selecting the perfect garage door for their home. You’ll be responsible for driving to scheduled appointments, building strong relationships, and following our proven sales system that sets Aaron Overhead Doors apart from competitors.
Clients expect a high level of professionalism and design expertise. You’ll need to be comfortable discussing various architectural styles and materials to help customers choose garage doors that complement their home’s aesthetics while meeting functional needs. You’ll meet customers either in their homes or at one of our two design centers, providing a tailored, consultative experience from start to finish.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling, thrives on delivering a premium customer experience, and takes pride in representing a respected brand known for quality, integrity, and craftsmanship. Compensation:
$95,000 - $125,000 yearly Responsibilities:
Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals Qualifications:
