Responsibilities

Contribute to defining and refining audit objectives and procedures.

Manage tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and quality expectations.

Support the development and refinement of audit testing methodologies.

Collaborate with business units to offer insights and practical recommendations.

Assist in drafting audit findings and reports, working closely with audit leadership.

Review responses from management to ensure they address identified issues appropriately.

Perform detailed reviews of staff work when required to ensure quality.

Investigate underlying causes of issues and help define remediation strategies.

Contribute to risk evaluations, particularly for previously reviewed business areas.

Foster partnerships outside the audit team, reinforcing a strong audit presence.

Stay informed about relevant risks and developments within your scope of responsibility.

Required Experience

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field such as Accounting, MIS or Finance and a minimum 5 years' audit experience, preferably in Banking, Risk Management and Compliance.

CIA, CAMS, CRCM, CRMA or other relevant certification is strongly preferred.
