Responsibilities

Provide direction to optimize productivity Monitor downtime and production line efficiency Lead and train staff in safe work practices and standard procedures Manage labor costs, overtime, and parts purchasing Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations Own predictive and preventive maintenance programs (PM/PdM) Supervise up to 10 hourly staff including electricians Conduct performance evaluations and manage employee relations Maintain equipment within budget constraints Promote continuous improvement and team collaboration Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Qualifications

High school diploma or GED 3+ years of maintenance experience preferred Strong understanding of preventative maintenance programs, CMMS systems, electrical/mechanical systems Proficiency using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to read blueprints/schematics and write reports Proficient in basic math, problem-solving, and computer use Bonus Skills

Bachelor’s in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field Ability to read and interpret safety rules, blueprints, schematics, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, as well as write routine reports and professional correspondence CAD/drafting experience a plus SAP CMMS experience Compensation

Pay Range: $59,000-$78,000 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees. Anticipated Close Date
