Senior FP&A Analyst position in Indianapolis; responsible for strategic financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to support senior management and corporate strategy. Responsibilities
Provide strategic analysis to senior management and participate in forecasting and budgeting processes Forecasting and budget-setting; perform financial analysis and modeling Create, analyze, and present monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports Contribute to cash management, payroll, rent, investments and other fiscal operations as needed Support development of monthly forecasting analyses and variance reports Drive growth and profitability through strategic forecasting and business analysis across business units, including capital expenditures, variance analysis, process changes, and internal management reporting Participate in corporate strategy projects including divestitures, mergers and acquisitions, industry analysis, and economic trends impacting business performance Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required Work Experience: 3-5 years minimum in an FP&A role Knowledge and skills: self-starter with ability to lead projects with minimal supervision Proven leadership experience and ability to thrive in team-based settings Desire to take on responsibility of leading a finance function Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment Vigorous work ethic and high-performance standards Advanced knowledge of Excel; experience with Power BI or Tableau Additional information
