Key Responsibilities

Determine quality standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure flawless production.

Collaborate with diverse teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

Conduct thorough product testing and analysis to identify any potential defects.

Lead quality improvement initiatives and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Perform root cause analysis to identify the source of quality issues and develop corrective actions.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Engineering or a related field is required.

Experience:

2 years of related experience.

Proven experience in quality engineering, preferably in the medical device industry.

Strong knowledge of quality control standards and regulations.

Exceptional problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent ability to communicate and collaborate with individuals from different departments and backgrounds.

Demonstrates a strong drive for success, consistently delivering high‑quality products.

Other:

Occasional travel is required.
