In this position, you will travel 100% of the time to work on multiple high-profile projects such as transportation, commercial buildings, wind farms, and more in many geographical areas. Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of a materials project to ensure it is safely completed on time and within scope and budget. Complete the project as per its contracted scope; monitor progress and performance against the project plan. Troubleshoot and resolve operational problems and minimize delays. Manage resources, project scheduling, budgets and forecasts, and collaboration with external vendors, subcontractors or contractors. Conduct meetings and prepare reports to communicate project status to the project team and client. Set priorities, assign tasks, and coordinate project staff to meet project targets and milestones. Communicate with the client and deliver work products to client satisfaction. Coordinate with APR to ensure APR has opportunity to engage throughout the project, particularly at critical junctures. Approve invoices, prepare change orders, and manage collections. Essential Roles and Responsibilities

Lead small to medium-sized projects, defining scope, schedule, and budget with the client or NAM. Design, communicate, and implement a project plan for completing the project. Lead safety efforts including preparation and compliance with the approved safety plan. Resolve operational problems and minimize delays. Identify, develop, and gather resources to complete the project (calculations, designs, reports, work specifications; schedules, budgets, forecasts; materials, equipment, staff, contractors). Partner with other departments or offices to secure specialized resources. Conduct meetings and prepare status reports; coordinate project staff to meet targets. Coordinate with APR for appropriate oversight and reviews. Coordinate with accounting for financial management, invoicing and collections. Develop understanding of project-related risk and adhere to company risk policies. Lead safety efforts for the team and promote a safe work environment; model safe practices and implement pre-task planning. Monitor and promote continuous quality standards on projects and proposals; engage APRs at project onset. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Environmental Science or Geology) with a minimum of 5 years' related experience; or 9 years' related experience in lieu of a degree. Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history. Ability to travel up to 100% of the time. Preferred Certifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Professional Engineer (PE), Professional Geologist (PG) or similar professional registration/certification relevant to the services and projects. This position has been categorized as a "Remote Only" position. Remote employees work from home or another location and do not have a designated workspace at an office. The national standard salary range for this position is $74,900-$116,100. The base range may be adjusted based on the specific location of the applicant.
