Help create a brighter, stronger future for the children we serve at Shriners Children’s Southern California (SCSC). We are a family‑centered pediatric subspecialty ambulatory surgical center located in Pasadena, providing complex care for children with orthopedic conditions.

Role Responsibilities

Collect and report data to assist the multidisciplinary team in the evaluation of patient needs.

Perform a variety of comprehensive registration and scheduling functions.

Demonstrate open, accurate and timely communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure effective therapeutic interventions.

Required Qualifications

Medical Assistant Certification.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

1+ years of Medical Assistant experience.

The position is per diem, non‑exempt, and benefits‑eligible. The pay range for this position is $24.95 – $35.23 per hour. Compensation is determined based on years of experience and departmental equity.
