We are currently seeking outstanding Care Givers/STNAs to join our team for 2nd & 3rd shifts. We have both FT & PT positions available. Responsibilities
Assist all residents/clients with a high quality of personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy. Encourage residents to be at meals in the dining room; escort and transport if necessary. Complete and document shift assignments as assigned; if unable to complete, report to nursing supervisor. Communicate with residents, families, Department Heads and the Director of Resident Services when needed. Be a team player with a positive attitude. Respond to call lights and emergencies in a timely manner. Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required One (1) year experience working as a STNA/PCA/HHA/RA preferred Compensation & Benefits
Pay rate is based on experience and if you have an STNA license: $17.50 - $20.00/hour plus shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shifts. Staff Benefits: Insurance that starts the 1st of the month following your hire date – FT & PT benefits available Free uniform tops – All staff Free meals – All shifts PTO that starts day one, usable after 90 days of employment – FT Only Floating Holiday – FT only after 6 months of employment Earn approximately 3 weeks of PTO/year up through 5 years; after that it increases – FT Only 5% 401K Match; 1st 3% at 100%; other 2% at 50% – All Staff; must be 21 years or older to enroll Staff run Culture Committee Many other great perks All team members must complete pre-employment screenings which include: Physical, fingerprinting, background check, drug screening and TB testing.
