Overview Job Title: Senior Analyst FP&A, Facilities and Sterilization

Reports To: Sr. Manager FP&A, Global Supply Chain

Job Type: Full-Time | Hybrid

Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to support our Supply Chain leadership team in a rapidly growing medical device company. This role is pivotal in ensuring financial accuracy, driving strategic planning, and enabling operational excellence across our global supply chain. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and serve as a proactive business partner, delivering insights that support innovation, scalability, and compliance in a highly regulated industry.

Responsibilities

Financial Accuracy & Reporting

Ensure timely and accurate reporting of monthly financial results, including preparation and recording of accruals.

Analyze variances and trends to provide actionable insights to leadership.

Maintain compliance with industry-specific financial standards and internal controls.

Budgeting & Forecasting

Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes for Facilities and Sterilization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with strategic growth initiatives and regulatory requirements.

Global Facilities, Sterilization and Third-Party Risk Management Partnership

Provide financial leadership for global facilities management.

Partner with leaders to manage projects as locations are reorganized to meet company goals and expansion plans.

Provide capex tracking for facilities expansion programs.

Analyze sterilization volumes and cost to provide insights to supply planning leadership.

Support third party risk management programs and processes.

Headcount & Resource Management

Track and report on headcount, labor costs, and hiring plans across facilities operations.

Partner with HR and department leaders to ensure resource planning aligns with business growth and operational needs.

KPI Development & Performance Monitoring

Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supply chain efficiency, cost control, and operational effectiveness.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making.

Perform variance analysis and root cause investigation on sterilization cost fluctuations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).

5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably within the medical device or life sciences industry.

Strong understanding of accrual accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with exposure to global operations.

Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.

NOTE: This position is eligible for hybrid working arrangements and requires on-site work from an Insulet office. #LI-Hybrid

Additional Information:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $82,725.00 - $124,087.50. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
