Join us as a Multi-Unit Team Leader and provide leadership over three H&R Block tax offices. Use your people management experience and passion for helping people to lead customer-centric teams and accelerate seasonal tax business. Serve as the front-line manager responsible for leadership and development of associates, delivering an outstanding client experience, and achieving all office-related growth objectives for three tax offices. Prior tax preparation experience is not required. Start a flexible part-time schedule in the fall to prepare for the busy tax season. From January to April, transition to full-time, including evening and weekend hours as needed. This role is in-person and not remote. Qualifications
People management experience with demonstrated ability to grow and develop associates Aptitude for growth plan execution and ability to lead toward a growth culture Strong decision-making and judgment skills; ability to function well in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset Computer proficiency in MS Office Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or high school diploma with equivalent experience Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course (if preparing tax returns) Why work for us
