In-House Counsel – Crypto & Tokenization This is a high-impact role for a forward-thinking attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment at the intersection of law, finance, and technology.

Base Pay Range : $170,000.00/yr – $200,000.00/yr

Location : Tampa, FL

Responsibilities

Advise on U.S. federal and state regulatory matters (SEC, CFTC, FinCEN, money transmitter laws)

Counsel on the development, issuance, and trading of tokenized securities, stablecoins, and digital assets

Identify and mitigate legal risks related to blockchain, DeFi, and tokenization

Develop and maintain internal compliance policies (AML, KYC, etc.)

Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate legal frameworks into new products

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school; admitted or eligible to practice in Florida

3+ years of legal experience, with at least 2 years focused on crypto, blockchain, or fintech

Deep understanding of securities and financial regulations (SEC, CFTC, BSA, Patriot Act)

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
