Senior Immigration Attorney

The United Firm is seeking an Admitted Attorney for an exciting Senior Immigration Attorney position. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Associate Attorney to advance their career within a premier law firm located in the Phoenix Area.
Responsibilities
Explain immigration concepts and present strategic solutions.
Represent non‑detained and detained individuals in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court and Board of Immigration Appeals.
Manage workload of cases.
Conduct intakes with detained individuals at centers.
Prepare diverse immigration applications, including removal defenses and family‑based petitions.
Review immigration applications/packets and make necessary adjustments.
Collaborate with law enforcement, prosecutorial offices, and community‑based organizations on changes in immigration law.
Meet with potential clients for strategic consultations and develop appropriate strategy.
Prepare clients and witnesses for court/USCIS testimony.
Provide legal analysis to determine potential case benefits.
Prepare and submit legal briefs for a variety of immigration cases.
Pay Range $100,000 – $120,000 USD
Qualifications
At least 5–8 years of Immigration Law experience.
Team player who is open to helping, strategizing, and working with fellow associates.
English/Spanish bilingual preferred, but not required.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Track record of moving legal cases forward with effective caseload management.
Experience with Family‑Based Petitions, Humanitarian, EOIR, Detained, Citizenship, and other USCIS applications.
Experience with case‑management software preferred.
