NVIDIA is a key player in the emerging space of sovereign computing, delivering secure solutions in high‑security environments and providing confidential computing capabilities. We’re a team of innovative engineers dedicated to solving some of the world’s biggest challenges, constantly driving advancements, and impacting millions of lives worldwide!
As a technology leader at NVIDIA, you will lead the development of secure DGX Cloud offerings for regulated and sovereign cloud environments (governments, defense). You will define and drive the technical strategy for compliance, controls and monitoring, and global deployment environments. This includes setting the technical strategy for data residence, data perimeter, network isolation, and one‑way transfer strategies. You will work with NVIDIA leadership cross‑functionally to build infrastructure that enables customers with the highest security and operational standards—without compromising on performance or developer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Define and drive the technical implementation for DGX Cloud offerings in regulated and sovereign environments, including FedRAMP, IL5/6, SOC2, and international equivalents.
Drive awareness and technical strategy for regulatory compliance, high‑security, and overall security (detection, response, mitigation, prevention) into DGX Cloud engineering practices.
Guide the secure delivery of DGX Cloud in international markets with sovereign data requirements and national security constraints.
Collaborate with public‑sector customers, regulatory agencies, and strategic partners to ensure NVIDIA’s solutions meet jurisdictional needs.
Ensure that DGX Cloud, our customers, and partners achieve compliance and operate successfully in regulated environments.
Lead all technical aspects of readiness, control, monitoring, and continuous improvement of regulated cloud offerings across the full software and system lifecycle—from ideation, design, and development to authorization to operational services.
What We Need To See
18+ overall years in technical roles with a focus on cloud infrastructure, platform security, or highly regulated deployment environments.
8+ years of leadership experience.
BS/MS or higher, or equivalent experience in security, software engineering, or related fields.
Technical proficiency in cloud‑native architectures, isolation models, containerization, and secure multi‑tenant systems.
Proven success delivering high‑impact, technically complex solutions that achieve regulatory compliance while maintaining high performance and operational excellence.
Ability to synthesize regulatory needs into architecture and design while guiding internal execution across diverse teams.
Strong collaboration and influence skills, capable of leading engineering engagement, communicating with government partners, and working with high‑security customers.
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd
History of creating scalable processes and extensible systems that facilitate compliance and security as foundational capabilities in hardware, infrastructure, IaaS, platforms, and applications.
Direct experience designing, delivering, and operating secure cloud products in regulated markets (e.g., EU, Asia‑Pacific, isolated and national clouds).
Familiarity with government operational models (ATO), mission workloads, and the evolving security posture of public institutions.
NVIDIA’s invention of the GPU in 1999 fueled the growth of the PC gaming market, redefined modern computer graphics, and revolutionized parallel computing. More recently, GPU deep learning ignited modern deep learning— the next era of computing— with the GPU acting as the brain of computers, robots, and self‑driving cars that can perceive and understand the world. Today, we are increasingly known as “the AI computing company.” We’re looking to grow our company and establish teams with the most thoughtful people in the world. Are you ready to change the next generation of computing? Join us at the forefront of technological advancement. With competitive salaries and a generous benefits package (www.nvidiabenefits.com), we are widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 308,000 USD – 471,500 USD. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
Applications for this job will be accepted at least until September 12, 2025. NVIDIA is committed to fostering a diverse work environment and proud to be an equal‑opportunity employer.
