Define and scope real estate/IT projects, including hardware and cabling requirements, updating floor plans in Visio, compiling vendor quotes, managing inventory, assessing telephony needs, and ensuring proper network closet design. Lead end‑to‑end delivery of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while aligning with client expectations, budgets, and contractual obligations. Serve as primary client liaison, fostering strong relationships, maintaining clear communication, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Act as central point of contact between vendors and clients to coordinate deliverables and resolve issues. Develop comprehensive project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and proactively identify and mitigate risks. Deliver weekly project updates to internal and external stakeholders, including executive‑level reporting and performance metrics. Anticipate potential risks, create mitigation strategies, and ensure project continuity in dynamic environments. Skills & Qualifications
Proven track record of managing large‑scale IT infrastructure or real estate‑related technology projects, preferably within healthcare or other regulated industries. Strong understanding of scoping IT/real estate projects with deep knowledge of infrastructure requirements. Solid understanding of networking, cabling, and Cisco telephony. 3‑5 years of project management experience and 5+ years of IT infrastructure experience. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all organizational levels. Proficiency with

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $58.00/hr.
