Job Description As a Clerical Associate, you maintain a professional image and prioritize customer relations in line with our Service Excellence Standards. Responsibilities include routing incoming calls, distributing registration forms, inputting demographic data, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, collecting co‑payments, and managing records effectively and professionally. This role will require performing diverse clerical tasks and supporting medical office staff as needed.

Managing records effectively and professionally
Required Education/Experience
Must be able to perform basic clerical functions and comprehend medical terminology.
Must have a minimum of 6 months experience or training in a Medical Practice.
