Close sales and win new business within a defined territory. Attend our training program and join a sales team that serves both new and existing clients to sell human resources solutions, with a focus on high-quality benefits across the hire-to-retire spectrum. Cultivate relationships with Human Resources and executive decision-makers, set appointments, gather leads from internal partners, and assess buyer needs to present ADP solutions. Manage multiple sales processes across various stages, document them, and follow through from initial contact to implementation. Positive self-starter with an upbeat, persistent style; able to cold call, prioritize, multitask, and present ideas clearly in writing, in person, and over the phone. Strategic closer with an established network and experience carrying a quota in outside B2B sales; track record of closing sales and managing a territory and relationships. Proven winner who thrives under pressure and seeks to exceed quotas. A college degree is not required; alternative qualifying experience may include: Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales) in a results-driven environment. Military experience emphasizing teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a results-driven mindset. Preferred qualifications
