Job Purpose Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, cable harnessing on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
Nature Of Duties/Responsibilities
Responsible for assembly and quality control of mechanical components and systems.
Role involves working from detailed engineering instructions, drawings, and specifications to ensure the accurate assembly of mechanical parts and equipment.
Must be able to use hand tools & power tools to assemble units.
Maintain accurate records of assembly processes and results, ensuring proper documentation of work.
Track and maintain parts, tools, and equipment inventory, ensuring materials are stocked for continuous production.
Adhere to company safety protocols and maintain a clear and organized workplace.
Knowledge of ISO standards or other industry certifications is a PLUS.
Education And Experience
Must have at least 2-4 years of experience and knowledge of electronic sub-assemblies and system integration.
Manual dexterity skills (proficiency with hand and power tools).
Basic understanding of mechanical systems and components.
Problem-solving skills and must be a team player.
Ability to communicate and follow manufacturing process instructions in English.
Previous knowledge (one + year) of electronic sub-assemblies and system integration.
Ability to lift up to 20-45 pounds.
Ability to work weekends and flexible hours if needed.
Salary Range (annual): $41,600 - $54,080 ($20 - $26/ hourly)
