Senior Network Solutions Architect – Transition & Transformation

to be a key player in the Consulting Team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluate the solution options and make recommendations. Provide value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Responsibilities

Serve as a key participant in transition and transformation initiatives, helping to discover and define problem statements, evaluate solution options, and make recommendations. Create detailed design, architecture, and process artifacts; implement deployment plans; and support knowledge transfer with the objective of delivering value to clients. Design, develop, and document network architecture blueprints, including high-level and low-level network designs. Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions into network designs. Apply working knowledge of network administration processes and concepts, troubleshooting in routing (OSPF / BGP), VPN, wireless, and wired/wireless networking and network security. Utilize tools and platforms such as ThousandEyes, Cisco Spaces, and Stealthwatch; develop BOMs with technology OEMs; manage SDWAN (Cisco) and DDI; work with CISCO DNA Center (DNAC), CISCO ISE, BIG-IP; and manage data centers and infrastructure testing. Coordinate with global delivery teams, onsite/offshore resources, and stakeholders to deliver results. Required Qualifications

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Tempe, AZ, or Raleigh, NC, or Indianapolis, IN, or Richardson, TX, or Houston, TX, or Providence, RI, or Hartford, CT, or be willing to relocate to these Infosys HUB locations. This position may require travel in the US. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 11 years of Information Technology experience. At least 12 years in design and development of end-to-end solutioning for transition and transformation projects. Experience creating detailed design, architecture, and process artifacts and implementing deployment plans with knowledge transfer. Design, develop, and document network architecture blueprints (high-level and low-level designs). Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions into network designs. Working knowledge in: network administration processes, routing (OSPF/BGP), VPN, wireless; wired/wireless networking and network security. Certifications are a plus: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, ITIL Service Management. Excellent communications and client interaction skills, including strong written and verbal abilities and technical documentation. Strong planning, project management, coordination, and analytical skills; experience in global delivery models with onsite/offshore resources. Exceptional organizational skills; ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently; proactive attitude; attention to detail. Ability to work in a diverse, multi-stakeholder environment. Physical and Travel Requirements
