VP - North America - ‘Expert in building SAP S4 Hana teams in the North American region’
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead to oversee the design, implementation, and support of SAP Finance and Controlling solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in SAP FICO modules and a proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams through end‑to‑end SAP project lifecycles. Experience or exposure to SAP BW or SAP BPC is highly desirable, as this role will collaborate closely with analytics and planning teams to ensure financial data integrity and business insight.
Base Pay Range:
$150,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities:
Lead SAP FICO solution design, configuration, and implementation across multiple business units.
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical developers.
Oversee integration points between FICO and other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, HR, etc.).
Collaborate with SAP BW and BPC teams to ensure accurate and consistent financial data reporting and consolidation.
Provide expert guidance on financial processes including GL, AP, AR, AA, CO‑PA, Cost Center Accounting, and Profitability Analysis.
Drive process improvements and recommend SAP best practices aligned with business goals.
Manage system enhancements, testing, documentation, and user training.
Support financial closing processes and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
Mentor junior SAP FICO team members and ensure knowledge transfer across the organization.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
8+ years of SAP FICO experience, including at least 2 full lifecycle implementations as a Lead or Solution Architect.
Strong functional knowledge of SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, CO‑PA).
Proven leadership experience managing stakeholders, timelines, and project deliverables.
Experience in financial reporting, planning, and consolidation processes.
Hands‑on experience with SAP BW and/or SAP BPC (implementation, integration, or reporting) is a major plus.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Experience with S/4HANA Finance preferred.
