Summary The
Senior Community Association Manager
is responsible for overseeing the portfolio of communities managed by a selected group. The manager handles and assists in special projects and ensures success for all the Community Association Managers under the selected group. They acquire knowledge of company policies and procedures, understand budgets and finances, and maintain client satisfaction and account retention.

Responsibilities
Meet with Associations 1‑2 times per week onsite.
Willingness to manage and assist in special projects.
Manage all operations for a portfolio of community associations.
Demonstrate consistency in all areas.
Provide leadership and consulting with our clients on best practices for oversight of their community.
Manage and run monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, and annual Board Meetings.
Work extensively with the Board of Directors, vendors, contractors, and homeowners within the various communities.
Update association communications and ensure current information is displayed on the association bulletin boards and website.
Prepare association newsletter and/or other communication with owners and residents as required.
Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends.
Create budgets and manage financials.
Comply with company policies and procedures.
Client Satisfaction and Account Retention.
Partner with association Board of Directors and internal departments to introduce new programs, services, and initiatives.
Participate in management training.
Provide exceptional support to meet or exceed expectations for a high‑volume, high‑demand, tailored service as needed for a client base with complex operations and/or a variety of high‑end amenities.
Participate in emergency phone and in‑house coverage schedule.
Follow all Human Resources policies and attend mandatory training and meetings.
Practice and adhere to Keystone’s Core Values, Mission and Vision.
Perform any additional duties as required by the supervisor.
Qualifications
CAI or CACM designation preferred.
Must obtain a passing score on the Keystone Senior CAM test.
Valid California Driver’s License.
Reliable transportation to and from communities.
4+ years of experience in customer service.
Effective oral and written communication and listening skills.
Professionalism and calm demeanor.
Problem‑solving abilities.
Comprehensive industry knowledge.
Substantial office presence.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Education And/or Experience
2 to 4 years working in a Community Association Management role.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
High School Diploma or GED required.
CMCA designation required.
Work Environment
Ability to drive to communities.
Ability to sit, stand, and operate business equipment.
Typical office environment with low‑level noise exposure.
