Position Summary
This role provides direct clinical patient care in the PACU. The RN will assess, plan, and implement care for assigned patients on a per‑shift basis, supervise delegated staff, and support the Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring safe, high‑quality nursing care and appropriate resource management.
Responsibilities
Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per‑shift basis.
Supervise staff and delegate patient care responsibilities appropriately.
Support the CNO in maintaining high quality, safe nursing care and competency of clinical staff.
Serve as a role model and advocate for the nursing profession.
Qualifications
1–2 years of RN experience in a Recovery Room, Critical Care, or Emergency Room setting.
Graduated from a state‑approved or accredited nursing school.
Currently licensed and registered to practice nursing in the state.
CPR certification.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing.
Onboarding Candidates must complete a background check, pre‑employment health screening—including a drug screen—and be able to demonstrate full vaccination or obtain an approved exemption before starting.
