When you join us as Marketing Director for the US Continence Care/Home Services Group, you will shape and execute our marketing vision in alignment with global objectives and business growth targets. You will lead both the Convatec Continence Care and 180 Medical marketing teams, ensuring collaboration, consistency, and operational excellence.
Position Overview The Marketing Director partners closely with the VP Global Marketing CC/HSG to ensure US strategies are aligned with global priorities. The role leads the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and serves as a key member of the US and global marketing leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Vision
Develop and lead the US marketing strategy for Continence Care, aligning with global business objectives and market opportunities.
Champion innovation, digital transformation, and adoption of best‑in‑class marketing practices to drive growth and market leadership.
Serve as a key member of the US and global marketing leadership teams, contributing to long‑term business planning and investment decisions.
Act as Marketing lead in development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
Cross‑Team Management & Governance
Provide strategic direction and management oversight for the Convatec Continence Care and 180 Medical marketing teams in the US.
Establish frameworks for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence across both teams.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging, compliance, and performance measurement, in line with global standards.
Dotted‑Line & Global Collaboration
Work in close partnership with the VP Global Marketing CC HSG to align US strategies with global priorities.
Represent US marketing in global forums, collaborating with international colleagues to influence strategy and ensure US market needs are addressed.
Facilitate the sharing of US market insights, best practices, and learnings with global teams.
Performance & Impact
Define and track KPIs that measure the impact of marketing on business growth, market share, customer engagement, and brand equity for both Convatec CC and 180 Medical.
Use data‑driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and resource allocation.
Talent Development
Build, mentor, and develop high‑performing, diverse marketing teams for both organizations, with a focus on succession planning and leadership development.
Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence
Oversee marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and agency partnerships.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
Support business case development for new initiatives and product launches.
Serve as a central source for clinical, technical, and market knowledge.
Oversee management of competitive product cross‑reference files and monitor the competitive landscape.
Support planning and execution of tradeshows, conferences, and exhibits.
Sales and Channel Collaboration
Oversee planning, development, and execution of channel, field, and consumer marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies aligned with franchise goals.
Guide creation of promotional and reference materials for field, distributor, and retailer support, collaborating with Digital Marketing.
Ensure monitoring and analysis of campaign metrics to optimize current and future marketing efforts.
Identify new business opportunities through distributors and retailers.
Coordinate with Supply Chain to forecast and mitigate inventory issues.
Skills & Experience
5–7 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in healthcare (medical device, pharmaceutical, etc.), with senior leadership experience.
Proven experience managing multiple marketing teams or business units.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with global objectives.
Strong digital marketing, analytics, and commercialization experience.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
Strategic thinker with a passion for the customer and business growth.
Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed, cross‑functional, and global environment.
Ambitious, motivated, and results‑driven with a positive, can‑do attitude.

Excellent project management and communication skills.
Qualifications / Education
Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.
Additional Information This is a remote role and will require up to 30% travel.
