The Marketing Campaign Director (MCD) will take ownership and drive the creation of high‑quality prospects by multiple marketing campaigns working across various channels. This is a senior leadership position to drive the strategic part of SoftServe’s campaign management. This person is our utmost expert in off/online marketing channels and how to utilize them to grab the attention of an audience, generate engagement and prompt lead conversion. Exceptional project management and cross‑functional leadership skillset are required ensuring the launch of high‑quality campaigns on time. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality new logo and existing account leads, the MCD leads the design of integrated and omni‑channel campaigns –segments to move target audiences through the buyer’s journey. He/she has a keen understanding of the role and sequencing of content and channels to achieve awareness, engagement and conversion.
To plan and execute vertical and / or account‑based campaigns, the MCD is a partner of strategic account teams, partner management and the CTO office in scoping and planning efforts to position our brand and gain credibility in our ability to help clients solve their most challenging and unique problems.
Our MCD is obsessed with tracking performance and diving into campaign and channel insights to continuously improve campaign outcomes. She/he will provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing toward goal to leadership and stakeholders, as well as review campaigns and analyze how we can improve performance going forward and action the requirements.
As an esteemed member of the global marketing team, the MCD interacts with Business Unit stakeholders to report on campaign progress, performance and steering recommendations. It is paramount for this role to develop trust and deep relationships with marketing centers of excellence including digital, social, MDR, events, web and content among others.
Additional Responsibility Details
Help formulate and execute SoftServe’s marketing strategy by managing the multitude of demand generation activities across the marketing organization
In a hands‑on, end‑to‑end fashion, take ownership and drive the development a pipeline of new prospects from the marketing campaigns executed by the team
Track budget, monitor ROI, prepare reports and suggest optimization plans for constant improvement of campaign results
Instill a data‑driven culture while, at the same time, being able to look beyond numbers and see (and realize) real business opportunities
Closely collaborate with the sales leadership and other organizations within SoftServe to ensure the highest impact of our marketing efforts
Continuously conduct A/B testing across all channels and audience segments.
QA all creatives before launching live campaigns to ensure they are to spec, adhere to our policies and will work on the platform.
Use marketing automation, digital and live events, ABM and email nurturing strategies to engage and convert prospects and customers across the buyer journey
Review campaigns and analyze how we can improve performance going forward and action the requirements
Own the daily management of the campaign across direct and programmatic channels
Participate in campaign Kick‑off to understand the campaign objective and critical metrics ensuring a flawless and timely campaign execution.
Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing toward goal to leadership and stakeholders
Measure and track our marketing investment against key Marketing KPIs
Mentor and drive a dynamic multicultural team of marketing professionals
Experience Required
7+ years of multi‑channel marketing campaign manager experience and 3+ years in a (virtual) marketing leadership position
Proven track record of driving a high‑performance distributed marketing team in North America/EU
Excellent knowledge of cutting‑edge digital marketing tools and practices
Profound understanding of IT buying lifecycles and B2B sales cycle
Command of CRM and marketing automation platforms
Expert knowledge of marketing best practices and trends
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
