Venture Global LNG is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. The company’s two Louisiana-based export projects service the global demand for North American natural gas and support the long-term development of clean and reliable North American energy supplies. Using reliable, proven technology in an innovative plant design configuration, Venture Global’s modular, mid-scale plant design will replace traditional designs as it allows for the same efficiency and operational reliability at significantly lower capital cost. The Crisis and Emergency Manager will be based in Point Celeste, Louisiana. This position will provide leadership and strategic direction for Emergency Response for the Plaquemines LNG facility. This position is a key member of the HSSE team providing leadership, support, and advice to all levels of the company ensuring we are fully prepared and trained to manage any form of emergency. Responsibilities

Supports the development of drills/exercises and participates in drill/exercise activities within the business asset locations. Assures all required drills/exercises are completed, post-exercise review meetings are held, and any lessons learned are documented and tracked to closure, effectively communicated, and followed up on as required. Participate in HSSE reviews and assessments as necessary to ensure all emergency preparedness activities in the business comply with company programs. Demonstrates a working knowledge of the integration/interface of the following types of emergency plans: FERC Emergency Response Plans (ERP), Integrated Contingency Plan(s) (ICP), Facility Response Plans (FRP), and DOT PHMSA Pipeline Plans. Assists with coordination and implementation of Business Continuity Plan (BCP). Assist with HAZWOPER curriculum and training. Conducts Qualified Individual (QI) notifications and training. Conducts Incident Management Team (IMT) training. Demonstrates a working knowledge of the Incident Command System (ICS). Act as liaison for guidance and direction on ICS and participate as an on-call Emergency Advisor on a duty rotation. Assist with coordination of vendor contracts and service agreements. Resource Mobilization specialist for larger or specialized contracted resources provided by outside vendors. Maintain liaisons with external and internal stakeholders. Qualifications

Ten (10) + years of Health, Safety & Environmental experience in oil & gas. LNG experience preferred. 5 years’ experience drafting Emergency Response Plans for regulated facilities. 5 years’ experience conducting Emergency Response training and drills. 5 years’ experience responding to emergencies at energy facilities. Exceptional written and verbal communications abilities. Proven external and internal liaison skills. Broad knowledge and understanding of Health, Safety, Security and Environmental issues, procedures, and regulations as they apply to Oil and Gas operations. Effective interpersonal skills dealing with personnel at various levels and in a variety of functions. Ability to challenge the organization in a manner that maintains trust and respect. Ability to manage and lead a multi-disciplinary team. Proficient technical and computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite. Effective oral and written communication skills; ability to effectively present complex topics in a concise manner. Venture Global LNG is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
