This full‑time (40 hours per week) position is immediately available and offers a competitive $50/hr ($100,000/year) with day‑one benefits.
What You Will Be Doing
Empowering students to set and achieve personal learning goals, guiding them to become self‑directed learners.
Providing targeted instruction in social‑emotional skills and foundational literacy with the support of Reading Specialists.
Fostering a classroom environment that encourages curiosity and resilience through interactive, hands‑on learning experiences.
Utilizing and embracing AI‑driven tools to enhance educational outcomes and prepare students for a future where technology complements traditional learning methods.
Collaborating with educators and counselors to support each student’s unique journey, adapting to individual learning needs and styles.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Relying solely on traditional teaching methods without integrating innovative educational technology.
Implementing a one‑size‑fits‑all approach to education—individuality in learning is celebrated and nurtured.
Overlooking the importance of emotional and social development in favor of purely academic instruction.
Key Responsibilities Champion the development of independent learning and life skills for Kindergarten to 2nd grade students, setting them on a path to educational success and personal growth.
Basic Requirements
Willing to work in person at our Phoenix, AZ; Tampa, FL; or Austin, TX campus.
A college degree in any field.
At least 3 years of experience working with children ages 4‑8 in educational, after‑school, sports, or related settings.
Proven ability to employ a growth mindset and high‑performance coaching strategies effectively.
Comfortable with and enthusiastic about using AI and other technologies in educational settings.
Legally able to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
Nice‑to‑Have Requirements
A degree or certification in early learning (education, child development, reading intervention, etc.).
Certifications or advanced training in early childhood methodologies such as CDA, Montessori, or Reggio Emilia.
Experience as a K‑2 teacher, reading coach, or literacy specialist with formal training in reading and phonics frameworks.
Experience in settings that emphasize personalized learning paths and educational technology.
