The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in helping us become the world’s most beloved bakery by supporting one of our core business segments: In-Store Bakery. This position focuses on developing and delivering new products, packaging, and solutions for some of our largest private label retail customers, spanning categories such as pies, cookies, brownies, and pastries. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and customer partners to drive innovation, accelerate growth, and deliver exceptional results in this fast-growing, highly strategic part of our business. This is not a passive, behind-the-scenes role — success requires someone who can confidently rally cross-functional partners, align stakeholders, and inspire follow-through to keep projects moving forward. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment with many moving parts, can juggle multiple priorities without losing focus, and remains calm and solution-oriented under pressure. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Lead and manage the execution of private label bakery innovation, renovation, packaging, and graphics projects through the stage-gate process, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery. Translate consumer and category insights into new product ideas by leveraging marketing research and trend analysis— tailoring solutions to meet the needs of major private label customers. Develop compelling, insights-based selling materials that enable customer presentations and support commercial objectives. Align and mobilize cross-functional teams — including R&D, sales, operations, and packaging — to keep projects moving forward and deliver results, even without direct authority. Coordinate sample requests and feedback loops between internal teams and retail customers and brokers, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timely execution. Own new item setup processes, driving accuracy and completeness in system submissions and documentation for customer-specific programs. Monitor and report on business performance, analyzing data to track item results and inform decision-making on future private label initiatives. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex projects, documentation, and timelines accurately. Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously while remaining calm, focused, and solutions-oriented under pressure. Strong influencing skills — able to rally cross-functional partners and drive outcomes without direct authority. A proven high achiever with a track record of delivering results — ambitious, driven, and execution-focused — yet not paralyzed by the pursuit of perfection. Clear and persuasive written and verbal communication skills, with a professional presence in both internal and customer-facing interactions Experience delivering private label programs is highly valued, but not required. Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; comfort with data analysis is a plus. Comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Experience and interest in the food industry is strongly desired.
