Provide connections support for 25,000 users statewide.
Duties
Provide day‑to‑day CONNECTIONS user support, provide guidance to implementation specialists, coordination with OCFS regional office staff to develop long‑term training package, assist in meeting federal performance benchmarks, support data quality and work with counties on complete and timely data requirements for federal reporting.
Assist with the writing and development of tip sheets, review training materials, assist with the analysis and requirement gathering phases of projects and change requests.
Provide data to counties and agencies to assist with operational analysis.
Mandatory Requirements
Experience (8+ Years)
Analyzes an organization or business domain and documents its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology with distinct deliverables to a solution.
Requirements
This is an 100% onsite position.
60 months of experience working in a Health and Human Services or Child Welfare environment supporting SACWIS (Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System) based system, local district, or voluntary agency.
60 months of experience providing IT support in a Child Welfare environment. Child welfare is defined as child protective, foster care/permanency or preventive services.
60 months of experience working directly with users in a child welfare environment providing training or technical assistance either in a classroom or in a work environment. Experience includes writing documentation and/or desk aids to be used as reference to support users understanding of business operations and/or training delivered.
60 months of working on a child welfare application of over 15,000 users starting with a needs assessment, moving to ongoing support and ending with follow up.
60 months of child welfare or related experience interpreting regulations governing practice and program outcomes.
Bachelor’s Degree.
