They utilise advanced analytics techniques to help clients optimise their operations and achieve their strategic goals. Those in financial risk modelling at PwC will focus on developing and implementing models to assess and manage financial risks for clients. Your work will involve analysing data, conducting stress tests, and providing recommendations to mitigate risks.

Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member's unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm.

Responsibilities

Mentor and motivate team members to achieve their fullest potential

Manage intricate client projects while ensuring quality deliverables

Utilise knowledge in econometrics to enhance modelling techniques

Uphold the firm's quality standards and ethical guidelines

Identify and implement strategies to enhance team performance

Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions

Key Skills and Experience

Analyse and identify linkages and interactions between component parts of an entire system

Take ownership of projects: planning, budgeting, execution and completion

Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines and deliverables

Develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage others to do the same

Effectively mentor others and deepen the expertise of team members

Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate

Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards and the Firm's code of conduct

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

5 years of experience in financial risk modelling

What Sets You Apart

Doctorate in relevant quantitative field (Econometrics, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Finance)

Proficiency in analytical software and tools

Leading teams and managing complex engagements

Mentoring and providing constructive feedback

Managing technical and logistical aspects of projects

Assisting with business development activities

Identifying and addressing client needs

Utilising statistical techniques for financial data analysis

Experience in model documentation and validation report writing

Benefits Salary: $99,000 - $232,000 plus annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more. View benefits at
