driven Estimator
to join the
Multifamily Preconstruction Team
and grow with a company known for stability, innovation, and integrity.
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subs to plan cost factors and develop competitive estimates.
Prepare detailed estimates at all design stages — from conceptual through construction documents.
Review drawings, specs, and proposals to produce accurate quantity takeoffs and material/labor costs.
Manage document control, preconstruction meetings, and bid coverage requirements.
Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids, ensuring completeness and compliance.
Partner with the BIM/VDC team using tools like
Revit, Bluebeam, and Destini Estimator
for data-driven precision.
Support buy-out and budget handoff to operations, while mentoring junior staff and maintaining key industry relationships.
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s in
Construction Management, Civil or Architectural Engineering , or 3+ years related estimating experience.
Strong proficiency with
Procore, Bluebeam, Destini Estimator, Navisworks, Revit, and Excel.
Solid understanding of
multifamily or commercial construction
and preconstruction processes.
Analytical thinker with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
