This Operations Partner (Administrative Business Professional) opportunity allows you to join this vision and be part of our passionate, collaborative, global PSD community.

Our Operations Partner functions with R&D Product Development (PD) to enable delivery through proactive support, effective execution, and operational excellence. The role requires an experienced professional who works autonomously and with limited guidance, driving operational efficiency and supporting PD goals by providing solutions based on established procedures and best practices.

Responsibilities

Ensure professional organisation, coordination and execution of impactful and prioritised work across PD and beyond.

Manage stakeholders and provide thought partnership, guidance and hands‑on support to PD stakeholders; guide on Roche/Genentech tools, applications and shared best practices.

Continuously improve processes and handle operational requests efficiently.

Represent Roche professionally to internal and external stakeholders, act on behalf of the company and comply with legal and compliance requirements.

Partner with colleagues and stakeholders to co‑create solutions that maximise impact and enable portfolio delivery.

Support and model talent flow within the Operations Function, ensuring resources are assigned to the work with the highest impact and business need across Product Development.

Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent.

5+ years of experience in an administrative/operational role, preferably in life sciences/healthcare.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to be flexible while managing conflicting, shifting and competing priorities with minimal direction.

Experience handling confidential and complex issues in a discreet environment.

Proficiency working with Google Workspace.

Proficiency using various AI tools (e.g., Gemini, NotebookLM, and/or other applications).

Demonstrated ability to work independently with an enterprise mindset to drive proven results.

Preferred

Strong interpersonal skills with outstanding communication and influencing abilities, built within and outside the organization.

Continuous learning mindset and proactive identification of improvement opportunities.

Proactive self‑starter with excellent judgment, able to anticipate executive needs and make critical decisions.

Quick learner, solution‑oriented, proactive to the dynamic needs of the organization.

Location & Compensation Boston, MA (onsite) – not a remote position. Relocation benefits are not being offered. Salary range: $71,000 – $132,000; discretionary annual bonus may be available based on performance.
