Job Summary

This role involves performing complex, analytical, and consultative human resources work for Virginia Mason Franciscan Health (VMFH). The incumbent will develop, deliver, or coordinate specific projects, products, and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with HR/Compensation standards, customer needs, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives. Responsibilities include serving as the central point of contact for job analysis and classification activities for the Pacific Northwest Division, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant job descriptions for all VMFH positions, and collaborating closely with VMFH HR management and the Compensation Center of Expertise (CoE). Key Responsibilities

Plan and conduct ongoing job analysis/documentation activities for the Pacific Northwest Division, developing/revising job descriptions and assigning appropriate salary grades. Coordinate recurring and ad‑hoc division‑specific compensation, job‑analysis, and restructuring projects that support organizational changes or maintain existing initiatives; participate in reorganization, restructuring, and equity‑analysis activities as requested. Develop, update, and interpret policies, procedures, administrative tools, and communications to support pay systems, programs, and processes; partner with DCM to adapt VMFH policies for division‑specific application. Perform related duties as required. Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of five years of directly related work experience demonstrating the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities. Or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of this position. Where You'll Work
