We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Attorney specializing in labor law to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance on labor relations, compliance with employment laws, and represent the company in labor disputes, negotiations, and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities

Advise management on labor law matters, including union negotiations, collective bargaining agreements, and employee relations.

Represent the company in labor disputes, grievance procedures, arbitrations, and hearings before labor boards or courts.

Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, collective bargaining agreements, and related documents.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.

Conduct legal research and stay up to date with changes in labor and employment law.

Collaborate with HR and management to develop policies and training programs related to labor relations and workplace compliance.

Handle investigations related to labor complaints, discrimination, and workplace disputes.

Prepare and present reports to senior management on labor relations issues and legal risks.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Licensed to practice law in [relevant jurisdiction].

Minimum [X] years of experience in labor law, preferably in‑house or at a law firm specializing in labor and employment.

Strong understanding of labor unions, collective bargaining, and labor relations.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
