Experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist

to join our Engineering Test and Technology team. This position can be based in Hazelwood, MO; Arlington, VA; Chicago, IL; El Segundo, CA; Long Beach, CA; Seal Beach, CA; Mesa, AZ; North Charleston, SC; Oklahoma City, OK; Plano, TX; San Antonio, TX; Ridley Park, PA; Huntsville, AL; Renton, WA; Everett, WA; Tukwila, WA or Seattle, WA.

This role is responsible for collaborating with business leaders and human resources to develop and execute recruitment strategies that drive our salaried roles within the Engineering function in Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA). Position Responsibilities

Partner with hiring leaders to understand critical job requirements, create and implement candidate generation strategies, and deliver the best candidates for each open position

Leverage our Applicant Tracking System to create and publish requisitions, screen candidates, and assist in providing a smooth on-boarding experience

Partner and manage high-touch relationships with internal and external candidates and domestic hiring managers across multiple disciplines, locations and businesses

Understand and translate technical/functional hiring needs to ensure job descriptions, qualifications and requirements are effectively reflected in job postings

Utilize recruiting tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, HireVue and Avature

Maintain relationships with Boeing 3rd party vendors and sourcing partners

Use metrics and data analysis to develop strategies and efficiencies in the hiring process and for future forecasting

Support our Engineering team by representing the job requisition, related skills, hiring organization/program and compensation package to effectively pre-screen candidates, identify qualified pool and coordinate interview scheduling

Maintain pipeline of pre-screened candidates and continued contact with hard-to-find skilled candidates to retain interest

Provide proactive and consistent communication with business partners to drive the process, provide status and ensure successful hire within expected timeline

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

3+ years of experience in a dedicated Talent Acquisition role (sourcing, screening, and closing both internal and external candidates)

3+ years of experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data

3+ years of experience working with all levels of management to develop recruiting and sourcing strategies

1+ years of experience sourcing talent using a variety of tools including LinkedIn and professional networks, Boolean searches, and other social media tools

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

Bachelor’s degree or higher

3+ years of experience with Tableau

Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders such as HR Business Partners and business leaders

Experience building positive relationships with business partners, human resources (HR) and internal recruiting / staffing teams and candidates

Experience negotiating compensation with business partners and candidates

Experience supporting an engineering function

Summary pay range: $75,650 – $129,000
