Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth logistics (virtual or onsite).

Candidate Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, keeping them informed throughout the hiring process.

Job Posting & Sourcing: Post job openings on various platforms and assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.

ATS Management: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records.

Background Checks & Onboarding: Assist in conducting background checks, verifying references, and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.

Recruitment Reporting: Track key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness) and provide insights for process improvement.

Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Employer Branding Support: Help enhance employer branding efforts through social media, career fairs, and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Required Skills

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field preferred.

Tech‑Savvy: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast‑paced environment.

Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in scheduling, documentation, and candidate interactions.

Team Player: A proactive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Location Hybrid, Once a week (Seattle, WA)
