Construction Attorneys – Litigation & Transactional
Dallas, Houston, Fort Worth, or Austin, TX | Full-Time | Litigation & Transactional Practice

Position Overview:
We are seeking talented and experienced
Construction Attorneys
to join the firm’s expanding practice. We have
two immediate openings :
Construction Litigation Attorney
– Focus on representing owners, contractors, developers, and design professionals in construction-related disputes, including breach of contract, delay claims, defect litigation, payment disputes, mechanic’s liens, and more.
Transactional Construction / Real Estate Attorney
– Focus on drafting and negotiating construction contracts, real estate agreements, and industry-standard forms (such as AIA, EJCDC, and ConsensusDocs) while advising clients on risk management, project delivery methods, and compliance.
Candidates can work from any of the firm’s Texas offices and will have the opportunity to take ownership of matters, build client relationships, and grow their practice as part of a supportive and fast-growing team.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active license and good standing with the Texas Bar.
3+ years of experience
in either construction litigation
or
construction/real estate transactions.
Strong legal research, drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
Ability to manage matters independently and communicate effectively with clients.
Business‑minded approach with an interest in helping grow the firm’s construction practice.
Compensation: The annual base salary for these positions is
commensurate with experience , typically ranging from
$150,000 – $250,000+ , plus performance-based bonus opportunities. Factors that may affect compensation include skills, experience, location, and qualifications of the successful candidate.
