Vice President, Skin Health and Cosmetics Join Panther Life Sciences as the Vice President of Skin Health and Cosmetics. You will lead the company’s high‑growth skin health and beauty business, owning full P&L, defining and executing the go‑to‑market strategy, and building a world‑class brand that integrates science, innovation, and design.

Pay Range Base pay range: $200,000 – $300,000 per year. Compensation is based on skills and experience and can be discussed with a recruiter.

Powered by AI, Panther’s platform enables personalized care and accelerated discovery, supported by GMP manufacturing, direct‑to‑consumer distribution, and self‑application.

Position Overview & Why Work Here Panther’s proprietary dissolvable microneedle array patch technology bridges therapeutics and beauty, redefining skin health enhancement. As Vice President, you will build and scale the “iPhone of Beauty,” driving product innovation from concept to market. You’ll lead a cross‑functional team with P&L responsibility, GTM strategy, licensing, partnerships, and capital raising. This role offers the chance to shape a category‑defining product experience that combines efficacy, innovation, and design.

Key Responsibilities

Build and lead Panther Life Sciences as a high‑growth business unit, owning full P&L responsibility and reporting directly to the CEO.

Develop and execute the GTM strategy, including branding, partnerships, and distribution—through in‑house development or alliances with leading beauty companies. License or in‑source products to accelerate market entry and innovation.

Establish and nurture strategic relationships across skin health, cosmetics, and CPG industries to secure supply chain, branding, and commercial partnerships.

Recruit and lead a high‑performing team in GTM, business development, and brand strategy.

Collaborate closely with Panther’s VP of R&D to align on scientific innovation, formulation priorities, and consumer insights.

Support capital raising efforts by representing the business strategy and market opportunity to investors.

Define KPIs and drive measurable success, including product launches, customer satisfaction, revenue, profitability, and equity value creation.

Qualifications

10+ years of leadership experience in skin health, beauty, or related sectors (cosmetics, pharma, biotech, CPG).

Proven success in leading or partnering on go‑to‑market strategies for high‑impact consumer or scientific products.

Direct or indirect P&L ownership with demonstrated business growth results.

Experience building strategic partnerships with top‑tier brands or suppliers.

Track record of launching or commercializing disruptive, sector‑leading products.

Strong business network within cosmetics, beauty, or CPG industries.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship‑building skills.

Deep curiosity about science and technology, coupled with a passion for customer experience and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in science, engineering, or technology; MBA from a leading institution.

Experience mentoring or managing high‑performance teams.

Exposure or prior work with startups or founders in high‑growth environments.

International experience, particularly in Europe (France, Germany) or Asia (Korea, Japan, China).

High integrity, resilience, and ability to thrive under high expectations in a fast‑paced entrepreneurial setting.
