Core Banking Systems Manager

to manage, maintain, and optimize our bank’s core operating system. This role is critical to ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our core banking platform, supporting daily operations, and enabling strategic initiatives. Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the bank’s core banking system (Jack Henry Silverlake), including configuration, updates, and maintenance. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability. Monitor and coordinate annual and periodic system releases and upgrades, engaging with key business partners to identify and implement beneficial features and plan for software changes that impact existing business processes. Adjust system parameters as directed to meet business, security, and compliance requirements. Document system configurations, procedures, and change‑management activities for continuity purposes. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement upgrades, enhancements, and integrations. Coordinate and manage integrations with third‑party vendors and fintech partners, ensuring seamless interoperability with the core operating system while maintaining security, compliance, and performance standards. Provide technical support to internal users and resolve system‑related incidents. Serve as the primary liaison with the core banking system provider, leading all communications and managing vendor relationships to align with operational needs. Participate in audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and cybersecurity standards. Support project teams in the rollout of new banking products and services. What You Can Expect

Bachelor’s degree in a business/technical related field or relevant experience. Minimum 1–2 years of experience with Jack Henry Silverlake Core Administrative Functions. Proficiency in core banking platforms (Jack Henry Silverlake preferred). Strong project‑management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration. Experience coordinating system upgrades, releases, and change‑management processes. Physical Requirements

Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long durations (6–8 hours with breaks). Manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and telephone system. Visual acuity to read computer screens and written documents. Occasionally lift office supplies, files, and small packages (up to 10–25 lbs). Additional Information
