Monitor shipment ETAs, delays, and customs clearance status; escalated issues proactively.

Coordinate with the finance and tax teams to ensure compliance with import/export regulations and VAT documentation.

Stock Reconciliation & Reporting

Perform regular 3‑way reconciliation (PO | invoice | receiving report) for all inbound shipments.

Work with 3PL partners to maintain accurate stock counts and resolve discrepancies.

Generate weekly and monthly reports summarizing inventory levels, outstanding POs, and in‑transit stock.

Prepare and share forecast accuracy reports and purchasing performance dashboards.

Assist finance in verifying supplier and 3PL invoices prior to payment processing.

Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and experience with tools such as Shopify, SkuVault, or 3PL WMS systems.

Strong communication skills for supplier coordination and cross‑team collaboration.
