Arcadis is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our Industrial Facilities team in Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project architects and engineers and ensuring the goals and vision of stakeholders are achieved across all project phases.
Role Accountabilities
Lead and supervise project planners in the development of project scope, schedules, and budgets, ensuring stakeholder objectives are incorporated.
Guide and develop funding strategies for projects and subprograms, including leveraging state match grants, private grants, and identifying non-profit partners.
Manage and resolve cost overruns utilizing value engineering and cost-effective solutions.
Prepare and present executive-level project reports to stakeholders; approve new projects within specific programs as needed.
Oversee financial closeout of programs, ensuring compliance with relevant funding source guidelines after project completion.
Supervise the preparation and provision of documentation for closed-out projects, particularly those under litigation, and participate in depositions where necessary.
Implement process and reporting improvements to drive program efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide technical solutions and recommendations to address complex issues for architects, engineers, and support staff (e.g., Job Captains and Production team).
Ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and Arcadis best practices throughout project lifecycles.
Promote a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment, coaching and supporting the professional development of team members.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited institution.
5–10 years of professional experience managing and administering architectural programs and projects, including scope development, planning/design, budgeting, funding allocation, and close-out.
At least 3 years of experience managing projects using Autodesk Construction Cloud and Revit.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and analytical skills, particularly in industrial facility environments.
