ABOUT THE TEAM

Anduril is seeking a MRA Project Manager to join our Fury Launch Team (FLT). This role will focus on developing, implementing, and executing Manufacturing Readiness Assessments for aircraft systems and components, ensuring compliance to the DOW MRL Book of Knowledge. As MRA Project Manager you will support the Head of Production in overseeing the manufacturing and production lifecycle of our advanced defense technologies. You will work cross functionally with engineering, supply chain, operations, and leadership teams to ensure the successful execution of production programs. Your role is critical in driving efficiency, managing schedules, mitigating risks, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on a budget. Your work will not only translate prototypes for scalable production but also change the balance of defense capabilities on a global scale. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead cross-functional teams in establishing production of autonomous airpower products Manage aspects of program execution, including schedule and risk management Maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on program goals and deliverables Prepare and present contractual deliverables and other documentation to internal and external audiences Perform Manufacturing Readiness Assessments using the DoD Manufacturing Readiness level (MRL) framework Analyze product/program maturity and assigns manufacturing readiness levels using the DoD MRL threads as a guideline Create Manufacturing transition plans Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages accountability, high performance, and ethical behavior QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 2 years of experience in program management, management consulting, or operations, preferably within the aerospace or defense manufacturing Experience leading manufacturing and productization efforts for Aerospace and defense customers Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills Ability to work effectively with cross-disciplinary teams, including engineering and operations Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, team members, and senior leadership Experience with Microsoft Office, Project, and Jira Willingness to travel 25% to support program objectives and customer engagements Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Demonstrated ability to operate in high-pressure situations and adjust to changing priorities Strong technical, analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data to make recommendations and drive decisions Salary and Benefits

US Roles:

$146,000 — $194,000 USD Notes on compensation:

The salary range is an estimate based on a wide range of factors. Actual offer may vary based on experience, education, and other considerations. Equity grants are included in many full-time offers and form part of total compensation.
