In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the community's security and transportation operations. Provide departmental leadership to ensure the safety of residents, team members, property, and assets, while managing secure and efficient transportation services. Develop strategic plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with leadership to align security and transportation goals with organizational priorities. Responsibilities

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of five years' progressive experience in security, law enforcement, emergency services, or transportation Minimum of one year passenger or commercial driving experience Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class B or higher) with passenger endorsement CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications Benefits
