JLab
The E-commerce Channel Manager oversees and optimizes JLab’s digital sales channels, including
Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, and JLab.com (Shopify) .
This role manages product listings, content updates, account health, and performance tracking across all platforms. You will collaborate closely with team members to implement strategies that drive sales, increase visibility, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations on Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, and Shopify.
Ensure product information, pricing, and images are accurate and current.
Partner with team members to maintain consistent messaging and promotions across platforms.
Product Setup & Catalog Management
Create and maintain listings across all channels.
Monitor catalog health and resolve suppressed or incomplete listings.
Manage variations and ensure content is consistent across all products.
Listing Optimization
Enhance product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords.
Update A+ Content and storefronts to align with brand standards.
Recommend improvements based on competitor activity and market trends.
Inventory Monitoring & Recommendations
Track inventory levels across FBA, FBM, eBay, TikTok Shop, and Shopify.
Recommend adjustments to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
Account Health & Performance
Maintain Amazon and eBay account health and comply with TikTok Shop and Shopify policies.
Resolve policy warnings and performance issues promptly.
Monitor customer feedback, returns, and reviews to keep high satisfaction.
Data & Reporting
Analyze sales, traffic, and conversion reports.
Share insights with the Amazon Channel Manager and leadership.
Recommend actionable strategies to improve performance across all channels.
Marketplace Monitoring
Monitor Amazon, eBay, Walmart.com, Target.com, BestBuy.com, and other retail/social channels.
Conduct test purchases and other checks to identify unauthorized sellers or listings.
Help maintain the integrity of JLab’s brand across all marketplaces.
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience managing Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, and Shopify (or similar platforms).
Proficiency with Amazon tools such as Brand Registry, A+ Content Manager, and Business Reports.
Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and product data management.
Familiar with account health metrics and compliance standards.
Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
Basic understanding of SEO, keywords, and online merchandising.
Good organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for this position at the time of hire and must maintain work authorization for the duration of their employment.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience in e-commerce channel management. Demonstrated success managing Amazon or Shopify stores is highly valued in place of formal education.
Preferred Skills
Experience with third-party tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or DataHawk.
Familiarity with Shopify analytics, TikTok Seller Center, and marketing integrations.
Experience uploading bulk listings or using flat file templates.
Exposure to other marketplaces like Walmart or eBay is a plus.
Compensation
Salary Range: $70,000–$90,000/year, based on experience.
Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, target 5% of base salary, based on individual and company performance.
